A new year. A new award. I won my third Fearless award for this slow shutter portrait of Shirley-Ann & Pete at Bailbrook House in Bath. For Fearless I’m always trying to do something new and creative. If you’ve seen it before then it probably won’t win. Over 15,000 entries for this collection and only 86 were given awards so it’s quite a thing to be chosen. I also had a runner up image so I’ve entered that again. Fingers crossed.

Regional Finalist. Best Wedding Photographer. It’s amazing to be in the finals again this year for the 2016 Wedding Industry Awards best wedding photographer in the South East. Thank you to all the amazing couples who voted for us.
Best wedding photographer - regional finalist

Winner of Picture of the day on the Wedding Community blog. I was surprised and delighted to find an email from the Wedding Community Blog, completely out of the blue, who wanted to feature one of the images from Laura and Elliott’s awesome wedding at Abbey House Gardens in 2014. A year later Simon and Georgina’s Wick Bottom Barn wedding won picture of the day with a shot of them sitting on a fence above Wick Bottom Barn.

According to Fearless, less than 3% of the thousands of images entered are selected for an award so it’s very special to be chosen and amazing to get two awards in the same collection.

Featured on Love My Dress. One of the UK’s top wedding blogs. When we agreed to shoot David and Jules’ wedding at Kingscote Barn David asked if I would also cover him having his suit being measured up at the tailors in Cirencester. It’s unusual to feature a groom’s outfit as it’s usually all about the dress so I was delighted to have the shoot featured on Love My Dress.LoveMyDress

Lucy and Luke’s old fashioned styled wedding at Dauntsey Park House – one of my favourite wedding venues – was published on Whimsical Wonderland Weddings which was one of the blogs Lucy followed when she was planning their wedding.
