Beautiful Tipi wedding at Home – Sophie & Joe
This was our second tipi wedding. It was our third wedding in the last year where the church was right next door to the house and the reception was in the garden. Luckily we had a glorious day and that makes all the difference when your wedding is set in the garden.
Carol started the day with the boys at The White Horse just up the road in Compton Bassett while I started the day with Sophie and the bridesmaids in the house. It was great to see Katy Phieffer and Andrea Luella again doing Makeup and Hair respectively. There was a surprise for Joe, a MacLaren to bring him from the pub to the church. A few trips around the block before the insurance ran out and he was ready at the altar.
Tipi wedding in Wiltshire
Sophie and Joe were married in St. Giles church, a beautiful little church right across the lawn from the house. The vicar was really friendly and lovely which makes our lives a lot easier and the day more relaxed for everyone. Thank you for that.
Married at Home
The tipi looked incredible. I do love a garden marquee wedding it’s very personal and intimate when people are at home. Of course, you do need the weather and we weren’t let down. It was a beautiful summer’s day which meant that everything went according to plan right into the night when the band got the tipi rocking.
