You can see the fun that Sarah and Andy had with their wedding at the Great Tythe Barn recently. They met on the net in 2014. Andy wowed Sarah with tales of childhood stardom and Sarah in turn captivated Andy with her love of Disney movies. The setting was a glorious sunny Autumn day with beautiful colours in the trees; just what they had hoped for.
Kim and Josh have been together seven years. Lucky number Seven. Seems like just the perfect time to get married and Josh knew the perfect place to propose. He hid the ring in a kitchen cupboard so when Kim was making a cup of tea she turned to find him on one knee.
Charlotte and JJ’s Great Tythe Barn wedding was rare in that they had an outdoor ceremony on the lawn. We’ve shot there a lot in the last year and it was a first for us. We had shot there a few weeks prior for Jenna and Ross’ wedding. They too wanted an outdoor ceremony but the weather didn’t look good.
Jenna is from Wales and Ross is from London so Tetbury for a Great Tythe Barn wedding was the perfect location in the middle. Jenna was keen on having a two day celebration so having the wedding at the Great Tythe Barn meant that the guests could be accommodated and not have to worry about driving. Also being a beautiful rustic location meant that it was a “Dream find.”
Lauren is the co-ordinator for weddings at the Great Tythe Barn in Tetbury. We shot our first wedding there last year for Julia and James and when we were having a look around beforehand we gave Lauren a card. She was getting married the following year. We figured that she would know plenty of Cotswolds wedding photographers so we were very surprised and excited when she booked us to be her wedding photographers.
Great Tythe Barn Wedding – Julia and James
The Great Tythe Barn in Tetbury was the setting for Julia and James’ wedding at the end of May. We shot their pre-wedding photography in London at Docklands back in January.
