Lower Lawn Barns in Tisbury is a beautiful Wiltshire wedding venue. It was our first time photographing a wedding here and we hope to go back soon. I dropped Carol off with Olie at his parent’s house and once ready he took off for the church with Tom, the best man, in his Austin-Healey 3000. I met Bee and the girls getting ready in Shaftesbury. Bee’s girls presented her with a wonderful keepsake album of their friendship which brought on some pre-wedding tears.
Fiona and Ben’s Larmer Tree Gardens wedding was fun and quirky. Ben was dressed in peacock colours to match the venue’s prolific birds and Fiona had a beautiful 50’s inspired tea length dress. Luckily it was a gorgeous Autumn day so they were able to hold the wedding ceremony outdoors in the Lower Indian Room. Here’s the low down..
We recently photographed a wedding at Great Badminton Church. Great Badminton Church is an amazing place. It’s fairly hard to find unless you know where you are going – Google Maps didn’t know.
It was a beautiful summers day for some laid back Wiltshire wedding photography. Ben and Gemma were married at Barford St. Martin Church with a reception at The Royal Oak, Swallowcliffe. It was an intimate affair with close family and friends.
From the moment we stepped into the car to leave for Ian & Francesca’s Wellington Barn wedding, to the moment we left, it rained. It didn’t dampen their day though, they had a wonderful time with all their family and friends.
“Errol is an Essex boy, and still feels like he’s on holiday when he visits the countryside.” Emma grew up in Marlborough and it’s where her family still live so it was decided a Rockley Manor wedding was for them. Rockley Manor is a beautiful wedding venue and is a joy for Wiltshire wedding photographers like us.
The vision for the day was “English summer wedding” with a few Italian and Turkish twists. A relaxed day with a pretty, rustic setting.
