Clifton engagement shoot – Tara & Rob

I have to thank Kate for helping Tara and Rob to find us. It’s so nice to get recommendations from our clients as it makes us feel that we are doing a great job.

Tara and Rob are getting married in the New Forest in April. A church wedding followed by a reception at Bartley Lodge Spring and Autumn weddings are always my favourites because the light is gorgeous and sunsets come early. It’s not too hot or cold but there is a chance of rain (but then when isn’t there?).

We shot their engagement photography in Clifton which is becoming a favourite location. We’ve always had great weather shooting there and it’s an amazing place for a silhouette with the sun setting behind the bridge. Tara was excited about the experience, Rob not so much, but after seeing the results he is now looking forward to the wedding photography and all the nerves have gone. That’s why we do it. That and the fact that I love the engagement shoot as much as the wedding.

So here they are. Fingers crossed for spring sunshine on Easter Sunday. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments below.
