Kings Weston House Wedding photography – Kate & Eddie

Friday 13th was the first wedding at Kings Weston House. We met Kate and Eddie at the wedding fair back in September. They booked us for their Bristol wedding photographers. I shot their engagement images at Clifton suspension bridge on a fabulous day in October. Even though the weather for the big day was a bit gloomy the house looked amazing under the stormy skies. Inside was all decorated for Christmas. Norman and Michele have done a wonderful job of transforming the house and it’s going to be a fantastic venue for all the 2014 couples.

We had a brilliant day and so did Kate and Eddie. I loved the super cool groomdudes and Kate looked absolutely stunning in her dress with her fabulously flowery bridesmaids. In the afternoon we had an amazing sunset and later braved the cold and dodged the rain for sparklers on the terrace. We even had some fun with a 200 million year old Irish Elk.

What a day. I loved it, Carol loved it and it was a brilliant way to kick off weddings at Kings Weston House again. Hopefully we’ll do many more.

Kate and Eddie brought us round some home made rocky road when we were choosing their album images and it was delicious. Tomorrow I start designing their album which I can’t wait to show them. In the meantime here’s some of the amazing images.
